amulet-manufacturing-powerbrute-for-coupler
Amulet Manufacturing PowerBrute Hydraulic Thumb for Quick Couplers

If your excavator or backhoe runs a quick coupler, the Amulet PowerBrute for Couplers puts a hydraulic thumb on the stick in models matched to coupler carriers. The thumb sits on its own main pin, so you change buckets and attachments through the coupler while the thumb stays put. Curl it against logs, rock and demolition debris, or store it tight against the dipper stick when you dig. Coupler models run from the 70 lb ST05-2 for 1-3 ton machines to the 1,300 lb UH78-2 for 30-50 ton excavators.

The Amulet PowerBrute for Couplers brings the universal PowerBrute hydraulic thumb to machines running a quick coupler, using models matched to coupler equipped carriers. The independent main pin design curls the thumb with the bucket for grabbing brush, rock, logs and debris, and lets attachments swap through the coupler without disturbing the thumb.

Amulet PowerBrute Excavator Hydraulic Thumb for Quick Coupler Machines

Coupler matched models across the full machine range

Universal two tine, open back design

Weld on base plate with independent main pin

Cushioned hydraulic cylinder and heat treated pins

Two year manufacturer warranty

100 percent USA made by Amulet Manufacturing

PowerBrute Coupler Thumb Models and Weights by Machine Class

Machine class

Amulet model

Approximate weight

1-3 Ton

ST05-2

70 lb

3-5 Ton

CT15-2

155 lb

5-6 Ton

CT17-2

165 lb

6-8 Ton

CT25-2

370 lb

8-10 Ton

CT27-2

390 lb

10-15 Ton

UH45

600 lb

15-20 Ton

UH45-2

650 lb

20-25 Ton

UH67

1,050 lb

25-30 Ton

UH67

1,050 lb

30-40 Ton

UH78-2

1,300 lb

40-50 Ton

UH78-2

1,300 lb

The Amulet PowerBrute hydraulic thumb brochure (PDF) covers the remote main pin that lets you change buckets and couplers without removing the thumb.

Will the PowerBrute for Couplers Fit Your Machine?

Coupler models cover carriers from the 1-3 ton class up to 40-50 ton machines from Bobcat, Caterpillar, Case, John Deere, Kubota, Komatsu, Takeuchi, Hitachi, Kobelco, Volvo, JCB and New Holland.
